Dynamic Display Pictures for MSN?

Where can I get a free one? And not a ready made one, one you get to create and design like making a Sim from The Sims. Or a Yahoo! Avatar. I know these sites exist, and they let you make it and download it onto your msn or something I just have trouble relocating it again. Anyone know where I could get one? Thanks

1. They exits like zwinkies n minkies etc but they all want you to download toolbars and won't let you download. Why don't you print screen your yahoo one and use it to make an animated Gif or something. Or just search for avatars. Otherwise go on a dollz site, make a doll and make an animated .Gif of that. Also try make your own Simposns/South park character, they definitely work. Good luck :)
