How Do I Set Up My MSN Messenger To Show Display Pictures In The Contact List?

Just bought a new laptop and installed windows live messenger, but all my contacts are just little the little green msn guy, instead of showing their display pictures in a square in the contact list...how do i make it so it shows their display pictures? when i open a converstation their pictures will load, but i want the list to show the pictures.

3. Easy.. you no were the lil green guy is and u click that to add a contact.. right next to it is to arrows ones going up and ones going down click that and a lil draw will come out it will say all these diff ops and just click 'show contacts details' and thats it :) tc
