How come i cant put Moving pictures as my msn mesenger display picture?

NOT dynamic, the ones that are ike moving u know!

1. The MSN messenger is not yet designed to upload a moving picture from your computer. But it does have some themes that do that and you can put a character that can laugh, get angry and display some emotions try them.
