How do you make an MSN display picture?

Because my friend made an MSN display picture with a Drogba face on an Arsenal T-shirt, saying you wish. I can't receive it and he won't tell me. So I think it would be easier if I made it myself. BUT HOW? All he told me was that he put the Drogba face on top of an Adebayor face when he scored a goal in a match.

1. click on your or the picture on msn, select change picture
2. He probably used a program like Adobe Photoshop to create it. Probably cut drogbas face off another pic and pasted it on a arsenal player. You can even attempt the easy way and go... START> ALL PROGRAMS > ACCESORIES > PAINT and try using paint. (warning...does get messy) Once finished... save as a jpeg.. go to your MSN and CHANGE DISPLAY PICTURE and find teh pic you created and UPLOAD. BANG!!! Goodluck!
