How to make Animated MSN Display Picture?

I was just wondering if you can get a animated GIF picture to animate in your MSN Display Picture as it seems to just stand still, no animation. Thanks!

1. No I think you can't do that on msn but i think their is a new version coming up very soon so you can do that also you can try and email the msn staff team.
2. You can't get amainted display images but you can get amainted emotions on windows live messenger.
