How do you make MSN display pictures?

I know how to change my display pic, I mean how do you MAKE them?

1. First, choose a picture thats the right size (on the web, pretty small). Then save it. Go on 'options', change display pic, browse, double click the saved picture and then ok. :)
2. open ur MSN go to Tools -- Change display Picture choose ur pic. Press Appply, and Then wwhen will u r chatting with some one, u can see the image easily.
3. Give him a good slap.
