Good phone pranks for ex boss?

My bf is leaving his telesales job at the end of the week.As we're generally always joking about pulling pranks I was wondering if you guys had any good ideas to phone prank his boss (he was a complete jerk to everyone) Ill e calling from my phone so he wont know who it is.
