Why videos cannot be played in full screen on my digital photo frame?

I have a 7 inch digital photo frame Neo PF-75 .. and photos and pictures are displayed on the whole screen.. but videos cant... I changed between all the formats that it can read.. i change all between many resolutions and aspect rate.. and nothing worked... why is that so.. is there someone who can help me out?

1. I just read about this two days ago in a Consumer Reports buying guide. There are some limitations on aspect ratios in digital frames. Whatever you haven't been able to make it do can't be done. A frame with an aspect ratio matching that of the video would be an ideal remedy.
