Harmless but funny pranks to pull on my friends?

What are some harmless but funny pranks to pull on my friends for April Fool's day? I am never able to pull a good prank because I make it too obvious that I'm pulling a prank lol Any help?

1. If they hav a car saran wrap it. Put flower or baby powder in a balloon, blow it up, and if they normally pop it, it will get on them. Put a can of open tuna in their locker or somewhere. Put confette in their jacket pockets. Get a bunch of bouncy balls and throw them all in the hallway @ school. Put really big granny panties in their car or locker.
