Good April fool revenge pranks?

Yeah my neighboors are really annoying me is there a way to leave something in there car that they won't think is me (i want it to be in a car)

2. What if the car is locked how will you put something inside it? Maybe put a false fine notice on their windscreen and try to make it look real that may scare them a bit. but not enough to give them a shock.
3. Hmm it's not April fools day yet but you can put a put a caffetti cannon in the car or spray the car with silly string
