What are some slightly cruel pranks that I a 20 year old girl can pull on a few 20 year old guy friends?

We are having a prank war and so far all the pranks have been playful. Things like sticky note all over their room or writing on their car windows, but it is time to up the game. I appreciate any answers.

3. first, get a lot of helium in a little balloon and put it inside a smoothie cup and put it inside the cup and pour their favorite smoothie then sharpen the straws then when they put the straw in the cup the balloon pop's and they have a face full of smoothie!
