i have a weird coin............?

i have a coin that says elizebeth the second 1980 and have a picture of her in the front and in the back it says 20 but when i flip it uspide down, it shows a weird animal thing that looks like it has skeleton hands. but it looks like a regular coin, same color and same shape. how much does it cost and is it rare? my bad, its kinda of bigger then a regular quarter

3. go 2 the bank or try to use it ,maybe a cahier will notice its fake?!?!?!
4. Only coins from the UK do not have the name of the issuing state on them. Any other coin of the Commonwealth will have the name of the state or country. In 1980, the circulating and commemorative pence coins in the UK were 1/2, 1, 2, 5, 10, 50. There was no 20p coin. It was not introduced until 1982. So it must be from somewhere else in the Commonwealth.
