How can it happen because of a picture?

Ok so.. my friend sorta wrote something on facebook about a friend and i click on his name. his pictures were so amazing. as soon as i saw his picture my heart went crazy. i got that weird feeling.it was all i guess magical. you can call me weird and all but i don't know him and i feel crazy for him. should i worry? or is it bad? or what?
