weird rash that itches like crazy (picture included)?

the rash itches like crazy and its also on my bikini like on the left side and that one on my bikini like looks like its been rubbed raw and i know its not poison ivy or oak and its also itchy on my sides and stomach http://i1124.photobucket.com/albums/l578/jesslynn171/009.jpg No its not hot here its really cold hah

1. looks like hives take some benadryl :) or maybe if it was hot u probably got a sun burn :D
2. you could be having a allergic reaction to something that made contact with your skin causing it to be irritated. take it up with your doctor and he will tell you exactly what it is and a cream to use. im sure it is nothing to feel alarmed about. i have delt with many rashed including allergic reaction rashes.
3. I will say it looks like Psoriasis. Only because I have it and thats kinda how it starts out.
