DO you ever have really weird thoughts that make you feel your kinda crazy????? or sick?

if so what are they? like me... i picture myself falling down steps and breaking my neck everytime i walk down a flight of stairs or 90% of the people i watch on TV, or see in person, or in magazines..etc..i picture them having sex or naked
