Samsung LN46C630 or Vizio E470VL?

Narrowed my search to the following in my 46-47" LCD purchase quest. I dont need the latest, internet apps, LED technology, etc, just the best value for $850 or so. Thoughts on the following two models, pros/cons? Or is there a like model in that price range? (I'm really focusing on these two, tho) Input from folks more LCD savvy than myself appreciated... 1. I would not recommend any Vizio tv to anyone. Just ask yourself, who sells the Vizio tv, it is Wal Mart, Target, Sam's Club and Costco, bargain price department store. The top brand for tv in today's market is the Panasonic and Samsung. Go online to Home Theater Magazine and read the reviews on tvs, along with the pro and con of each technology. You will notice that Panasonic has more Plasma tv being recommended than any manufacturer today. In November issue of the magazine it named the Panasonic Plasma tv model VT25 as the best tv for 2010. Plasma is also less expensive than the LCD or LED. Hope this will help you out.
