what are some funny halloween pranks that wont get us in trouble?

me and my friend want to play a funny halloween prank on our other friend but we dont want to get in trouble. we are all 12 years old. girls. if you have any suggestions please give them. we also dont want it to make a HUGE mess, but we are fine with a little one. thanx!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
