Are these pictures weird to have in my room?

My 16 year old sister has twin girls and I love my nieces very much. I love spending time with them and they're 1 year old. In my room, I have a few pictures of me and my nieces and one of my sister and me and when she was pregnant. One of my friends was like yo dude, that's weird to have in your room. Is it really that weird that I have pictures of me and my nieces and a picture of my sister when she was pregnant in my room? I'm 17

No it's not weird. I have a photo of me and my dad and brother together when we went to a show and thats in my room. It's just pics of your family dude it's fine. You're allowed to love your family. :)
The pictures of your Neices are fine. It's fine to have a picture of your sister too. You guys are family, not some random girl you live with.
It sounds to me that you are very close to your sister and your nieces. That you are a great uncle. I don't think its weird at all that you have your families pictures in your room. I think of a teenagers room as a small house, those are things you will have maybe in your living room when your decide to move out. It's not wired at all, don't let it bother you. As for your friend, he is just not close to a sibling as you are.
No! Not at all! It's sweet and lovely and you shouldn't be ashamed to have proof of your love for your family! It's your choice what you put in your room. Your friend obviously has issues or is just being a twat. Maybe he's try to act "hard" But he's just being an ass. You have every right to have pictures of your family in you room, wallet, locker, whatever. I've been a aunty since I was 9 (I'm 18) And back then people would take the mick that I was an aunty, which is just pathetic!!! I've always had pictures of my nieces and nephews because I love them. You have every right to have those pictures and should be proud and never ever listen to people like that.
There is nothing weird about having pictures of your nieces. It's no different than people having pictures of their kids, grandkids, ect. It also is not weird to have a picture of you and your sister. The two of you are close and that's awesome. If it is were a sexy/provocative picture of your sister, it would be weird.
