Any Good Scary Halloween Pranks?

A couple of friends and I are going out on Halloween night, and I want to pull some pranks. I want to do SCARY pranks that will scare people really bad. I don't want to do anything illegal. Any ideas? I have a creepy old man mask with a cane, and I also have a really scary demon-type mask that is truly scary.
