What are good pranks to do in a dorm building?

There are these guys above us in our dorm building who are up at all hours of the night and make soo much noise all of the time. We've asked them to try to be more considerate (the RA's have asked them to be quiet too) but they keep doing it. My roommate and I want to find pranks to piss them off like they do to us but nothing too expensive or that would get us in a lot of trouble. Thanks. PLEASE HELP

1. Sticky notes always work, add one that says be quiet every time you pass by their door. Also, if you have a wireless router, change the name of it in settings to: Kids on the __ floor, be quiet! Or something along those lines. If you have phones built in to the dorms you could call them whenever they're being loud and tell them to be quiet... the trick is finding their phone number. Check your college directory.
2. First its important that you buy this in a different city preferably 50 to 100 miles away so you dont get caught. Find a petstore that sells live crickets. Most do brcause they sell them as food for snakes and other animals. They are cheap also you can get a dozen for under 5 dollars. Buy at least 200-300 of them and let them loose on your victims floor and rooms. Beware this is an exceptionally cruel prank and its very difficult to get rid of them but just think of how crazy youll drive them when all these crickets start chirpinmg through the night.
3. Put saran wrap in the toilets so their piss bounces off... Put tape in the faucets to where it sprays in their face or their crotch... Call them really early in the morning when they are sleeping and wake their a$$es up! Knock on the door and whoever answers punch them in the balls Let two chickens in the dorm and label them 1 and 3... that way they are looking for 2 FOREVER!!!! While they are partying... find the Fuse box and cut off their power... Take all the remotes to the TVs on their floor or take out all the batteries Take their cushions out of the main room and put them on a different floor Hope this helps! :)
