Is my arm muscle strange/weird?

Most of my arm muscle, almost all is in the inside of my arm (nearest to my chest), it's a giant ball, but it's not proportional to the top or inside of my arm. face looks weird on the picture but anyways :) http://i51.tinypic.com/6ekarm.jpg is it strange?
