projector panasonic can u help me?

when i turn on my panasonic pt-l501u projector on any imput, there is no picture displayed at any time and only shows a white screen with broken bars of colored slats that appears to be the image that i am trying to display, please help me to rectify this research on this subject I have come to the possible conclusion that this is a problem with adjustment of the pixel clock, but I'm hoping to find out quickly how to fix the sampling rate. accidentally I dropped my projector and was where the failure began. someone suggested me to use the reset button that comes with remote contol but for now I have no remote control, I leave it in the office. do you know about it?? thnx!! the strange thing is that the menu is perfectly, just the input image is affected

1. I suspect you either broke the printed circuit board or otherwise damaged the internal circuit(s). I would expect you would have to take it to a professional for service.
2. Sadly, I can't remember the name of the section that's been damaged, but it will need to be professionally repaired. It's the section that converts the electronic video signal to optical imaging that passes through the lens. Essentially, whatever the name of it, that section will need to be replaced. But it has nothing to do with adjustments or resets.
