How do I get my bbm to show my contacts display pictures?

On bbm on my contact list none of my friend's display pictures are showing up, I have a bold 9650 with the newest software on it and im not sure what to do, I've tried rebooting and stuff but nothings working, please help

1. i guess there is a problem of your "bbm" program! uninstall and reinstall.
