Why is my ex acting crazy around me?

Me and my ex were bestfriends before we had a relationship. Our relationship was over a year ago and it lasted for 4 months only. He dumped me on January because his friends didn't like me. Since then we didn't talk at all. I was a complete mess until about June i finally got my ego and confidence back. From June till now hes been acting completely weird and crazy!! First he sends me weird messages on facebook, and when i finally reply back he sends this lame excuse that he forgot his Facebook account opened in his new gf's house and shes the one talking to me. Then when i ignore him he sends me another message saying, "Are you jealous?!;)" i just ignored. After that we didn't talk until i got fed up of him and deleted him off my Facebook. He blocked me the next day but he couldn't resist so he unblocked me the day after. 2 days later i see his bestfriend adding me! The friend that hated me the most, and that always persuaded my ex to dump me!! i didnt accept yet. Then my ex sends me another message on Facebook saying that our conversations before were childish and that we were babies and he was hinting to me that he wants a new start! Well i still ignored him because i got freaked out!! And finally, last but not least... he made up this fake account and added me on facebook. I would of accepted, but he was stupid enough to put pictures of himself on the fake account! Is he hinting to me that its him? Or do you think is someone framing him? Im really really freaked out now!! WHY is he acting crazy suddenly!!
