My Funny Picture

Are you a clown at work? What do you do that is funny?

I make a joke out of everything in the office. Often I make light of our products. That sort of thing is expected of me these days. Even the bosses look at me to say something nutty when everything goes wrong. They say my off-the-wall humor keep things “sane”. I am very unhappy with our most current project. Pretty much everyone is. It is a glorified piece of embedded office equipment that runs Linux. I renamed it the “Lemon 2000”. A prototype on my desk with lemons all around it. I wrote a “slide show” program that shows pictures of lemons on the display, but does nothing else (I did that on my time). Everyone thinks it is funny. I am now regarded as a “folk hero” around the office. Would you do that?
