Can someone PLEASE identify this animal?

6. it is the rarely seen dulexreia facacical. or as it is popularly known, the hairless face rat they only hang out in large offices, usually hiding in the ventilation system. however, some do come out when humans are around - usually jumping onto people's faces. the reason is not well understood, but one suggestion is that it is attracted to the hamburgers on people's breath after they eat one for lunch

11. Wellllll,,,, it is either a movie prop, or a baby animal of sorts, if it is a baby animal I would guess it is very young because it still has not fully taken shape yet. So lets picture it ,, with more hair because it already shows some growth, larger because it is young so therefore small with a tail and because of the way the eyes look,,, I would guess it to be a night creature. Sooo it is either A) a movie prop, B) a baby animal that we would say omg is that what they look like when they are young or C) one of my ex's
