What are some good, funny April Fool's Day's pranks to pull on friends?

April Fool's day is very soon and I need some good, funny pranks to pull on friends. Nothing dangerous, illegal, or really mean. Just something that we can all laugh about when it's over. Thanks!

1. Tell each of your girlfriends that you are pregnant by their boyfriend. Wait you said not too mean? Tell them that you had a relative pass and you are moving like 1000 miles away the very next morning, work up some tears and all, cry about not even being able to have a good bye party. Then continue to sulk and throw about ideas for fun things to do before you leave or people you invite to your party if you were having one. Do everything in your power to get your friends to throw you a party or take you to dinner or buy you things, when they finally cave in and do it wait until everyone is around and they are announcing that you are leaving and all and yell APRIL FOOLS!!!! If they actually buy you stuff and you guys are truly friends you might want to give it back so they don't get mad lol.
2. call them. not hard. "You are live on <insert radio station here>. You have been selected to win a free holiday to Florida! All you have to do is answer this one question: <something that they will never get>"
3. Cellophane on the toilet seat. Make sure it's stretched tight enough to not show. I admit it's a bit cruel, but it's still so much fun.
4. put the salt in a bowl hidden then put sugar in the dispenser
