yes it's a very unique makeup idea! i think it suits you well. to make it pop more try putting a grey eyeshadow around the dots, just to blend the colors. hope that helped!
Its a little strange, you could have less dots. Maybe a few around your lower lash line? It would look perfect! :)

its not ew! its unique, and try some light grey under it and use liquid eye liner to make the dots and line your eyes. :)

Kinda tacky for prom. You want to look elegant, this doesn't look elegant, just looks like something you would do for fun for a night out in town or at school or something.
