I know this is really lame but does this sound okay?

Okay I know this is a really lame question but, I have social anxiety with people my own age. I have one close friend and that's it. Anyways this girl who I am kinda friends commented on my photo saying ''hot'' it was a a really weird picture of me sticking my tongue out. Anyways I plan on saying back '' I know I know i just cant help it!'' How does that sond?
