My Funny Picture

How can I cut my hair like this? (PIC)?

I usually go to a salon but I'm sick of spending the usual 50 bucks, but I do not trust the 10 dollar hair cuts from somewhere else. So how can I go about cutting my OWN hair like this? http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k17/jelly_o0/Jennifer_Love_Hewitt_Unde_471be9852.jpg My hair length is like an inch or two past my armpits (or mid boob length) and my bangs are like 2-3 inches below my chin. Here's the most recent picture of my hair that I could find. Sorry it's a weird picture from halloween. http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k17/jelly_o0/11551_101735446515242_1000003636240.jpg It's also kinda layered. As you can see my hair's been through the mill. Multiple dyings and sun exposure, but you can see the 4 or so inches on "new" hair growing in haha. But ANYWAYS how would I cut my hair like the previous picture?

  1. dont cut it urself, u wont get the results u want, and will probobly mess it up. unless u have experiece, in which u wouldnt even be asking on here. so just pay someone to do it.
  2. She is actually holding her hair up at the back. But you know, you can always give it a try, but its a big risk. Paying 50dollars is not that bad, but your hair is good as it is, don't change it. kind regards..
  3. Its impossible to cut your own hair if your not a hairstylist or have no experience. If you decide to do it you might eff up! so might as well pay $10 at a cheap salon, right?... EXACTLY!!! whats wrong with salon's that have a good pricing? I work at 2 salon's I work at a high end and low end.... at the high end i charge 40 for a haircut at the low end i charge 15.... what difference does it make??... nothing right? i do the exact same thing for both jobs.... so dont discriminate the $10 hair cuts from somewhere else... you think you can do better? then just cut it! and see which is better getting a haircut for $10 that actually know what they're doing... or cutting it yourself and you have no idea how?.... So I suggest if your in a tight budget, just do some researh around your are to see any cheap places to get your did but go great reviews.... and just go there because cutting your own willl just make it worse if you make a mistake.... its better to be safe than sorry... Anyways sorry to be sooo blunt... but i only spoke the truth! I hope i helped alittle
  4. go to a salon. it will look terrible if you do it yourself. bring the picture in and have a pro do it, or your hair stays the same, or looks terrible after you cut ittt!
  5. I don't think you should take that big risk of cutting it yourself. I always go to the cheap salons and I've tried to more expensive ones, but the quality of both is pretty similar. I suggest going to JCPenney's hair salon. It's around twenty five bucks I think and the results are great. If you show them exactly what you want, I'm sure almost any hair salon would work. (Unless the hair salon has some hairstylists with HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE eyesight). I suggest going for around twenty dollar salons. They work you know and the hairstylists work very had. Plus I don't think you're really getting much length off your hair so it's not that big of a risk if you get the wrong haircut. You can always fix it where as getting it cut at home is a huge risk because you could very easily mess up.
