I recieved a weird text from 603 682 9579?

I got a strange picture message from 603 682 9579 titled New Holiday it was a picture of a woman giving a bj.. the text was saying this is a new holiday to get woman to stfu.. is this a prank text or something? Did anybody else get it? I don't want to call the number because I know of prank numbers that will charge you $100's if you call or text it.
