Am I allowed to put pictures of famous people on my Myspace?

Hello! Okay heres the deal, lol it's kinda funny. I'm just wondering if I can put a picture of a famous person on my Myspace. I want a picture of Mila Kunis on Myspace as my dream girl, lol, and i was wondering if I can get in trouble for doing that. Like because I read that you can't put copy written pictures on Myspace. So please help!

2. Yes, you can! Don't worry about it, if it is copyrighted Myspace wont let you use it, but if you find a picture of her that isn't then you should be okay!
3. Unless you took the picture yourself, then it someone else's work. That is automatically copyrighted in their name and you have no rights to it unless they allow you to use the image. To further complicate the issue; even if you did take the picture yourself, if it is a picture that can clearly identify a person, that person can come after you for invasion of privacy. You have no right to publicly display images of persons who do not give you the right to do so. The above is a general statement and may not apply in the jurisdiction where you live, so you would need to consult the law in your country. Having said that, the above is still just plain good policy, regardless of the law. It would seem there are exceptions to the rules regarding public figures and news reporting, so it is never fully black and white or yes and no.
4. As long as you aren't charging admission or making any kind of money from the picture and it is an alredy published picture... go for it.
