concerned about weight please help?
im 14 years old in the range of 130-140 pounds i have been concirned about my size all my life both of the sides of my familly are overweight so its hard not to gain weight.in 2006 i was 12 and weighned 90 pounds words can hurt me bad i got called "fat" from my brother because he knows about my problem i ended up making myself throw up alot i have been like this since i was about 6 this weight concerning has affected me i constany look at the mirror,pull my shirt down,cannot even take a picture some people thinks its funny but it realy isnt im not balemic or anything of only done it a few times and ive stopped i just hate this problem can some one help me? also im about 5"4 now

- You're around the right weight for your age group and height don't stress about it too much. Just try to maintain your weight with a healthy workout at least 3-4 times a week for 30-45 minutes. You're not exactly bulimic too but it's good that you stopped throwing up. Don't stress so much on your body image take care of yourself don't end up hurting yourself over the way you look.
- try to eat veggies an meat go on msn the fitness and health section and if your a guy try the 90x or x90 work out i believe it is ..check out how people work out on youtube ...you can seehow it works for guys ...women try turbo jams and tae bo ....good luck with this and dont let it get to you your still young sand can do it right if you do it wrong you can stuntt your growth ... and your still growing ......
- awe. seriously genetics SUCK. puking wont help, but you just have to excpet yourself and embrace everything you have !!! the media is all about being thin and healthy now but honey do whats best for you seriously! family is number ONE nomatter what. except this IS you. nomatter what you look like people will love you but when you let the way you look effect you internally your mind changes and you no longer have tohe personality and confidence to overcome your physical faults. example: look at queen latifa =) she knows how to work it! guys like a lil meat i promissssse. too thin is just as bad as too fat!
- You are not fat... In todays world people expect girls to be twigs and its ridiculous be proud of how you are! if you want to get healthy though don't stop eating. Eat eat eat all your meals a day and avoid snacking just because you have nothing to do everyone does it and if you feel you want to snack find healthy snacks or eat fruit and things like that. try wheat bread instead of white its so much better for you i love it. Make sure its 100 percent wheat though. Just little things like that can really help. Also do make time to go to the gym three or four times a week for an hour or less and focus on working different parts of your body each day! find ways to stay active that are fun too!
