Girls, funny things to say to my brother?

my 14-year-old brother got nailed in the balls yesterday at his baseball practice he's pretty much back to normal, but mom is making him go to the doctor tomorrow to get his balls checked. basically, my brother and I like to pull pranks on each other, so i’m gonna make up something scary about his check up. i think i’ll tell him that i read about it online and he’ll have to put his balls in some kind of device/machine that tests their sensitivity. but i dunno how to describe it or what happens. plz give me ideas! :-D I might tell him they have to hit them with a hammer, like a reflex test. (i'll tell him it's a prank before he goes to the doctor's.....i'm not completely cruel.....lol)

1. cool prank;) here is my ideas for you you could tell him the machine crashes the balls into little pieces and the machine is big with lots of buttons when you press a button something happens hope i helped;)
