Girls, funny things to say to my brother?

this is random, but plz help me out. my 14-year-old brother got nailed in the balls at his baseball practice he's pretty much back to normal, but mom is making him go to the doctor tomorrow to get his balls checked. basically, my brother and I like to pull pranks on each other, so i’m gonna make up something scary about his check up. i think i’ll tell him that i read about it online and he’ll have to put his balls in some kind of device/machine that tests their sensitivity. but idk how to describe it, i'm open for more ideas! I might tell him they have to hit them with a hammer, like a reflex test. (i'll tell him it's a prank before he goes to the doctor's.....i'm not completely cruel.....lol) Also, my Brother is FINE he wore a cup but my mom wants to make sure he is okay. He is 14 years old
