Girls, funny things to say to my brother?

this is random, but plz help me out. my 14-year-old brother got nailed in the balls yesterday at his baseball practice he's pretty much back to normal, but mom is making him go to the doctor tomorrow to get his balls checked. basically, my brother and I like to pull pranks on each other, so i’m gonna make up something scary about his check up. i think i’ll tell him that i read about it online and he’ll have to put his balls in some kind of device/machine that tests their sensitivity. but i dunno how to describe it or what happens. plz give me ideas! :-D I might tell him they have to hit them with a hammer, like a reflex test. (i'll tell him it's a prank before he goes to the doctor's.....i'm not completely cruel.....lol) Also, my Brother is FINE he wore a cup but my mom wants to make sure he is okay.

Anyways, hmmm, fun things, oh you should tell him that he has to get completly naked and be in stirups like a girl for the exam. The device sounds unrealistic, but testing nuts with hammer would be good. Maybe tell him doctor going to probed his butt, to make sure hes okay. Tell him doctor might slip a camera up his thing. Lol all would be fun to do and see how he reacts. Let us know how he takes it lol.
