Girlies, help me out with this? Funny Question!?

this is random, but plz help me out. my 14-year-old brother got nailed in the balls tonight at his baseball practice. lol. he's pretty much back to normal, but mom is making him go to the doctor tomorrow to get his balls checked. basically, my brother and I like to pull pranks on each other, so i’m gonna make up something scary about his check up. i think i’ll tell him that i read about it online and he’ll have to put his balls in some kind of device/machine that tests their sensitivity. but i dunno how to describe it or what happens. plz give me ideas! :-D (i'll tell him it's a prank before he goes to the doctor's.....i'm not completely cruel.....lol)

2. tell him is this machine and they put the balls in this slot and a lever comes to squish them until they feel the nerve tension with the detector. Its like the same thing they do to test breaset cancer but its for sensitivity
3. lol ur bad sis... tell him the doctor will slightly cut some bits of his balls and put some acids with big needles lol
4. i love pranking my brother and he loves to prank me! say "you have to put your balls in this smasher and it tests your sensitivity. people at my school had it done and they didn't come back for 3 weeks!...just trying to warn ya! " or "that happened to my friends brother and he said it kills! and he's 18! idk if your going to be able to take it because your 14... sorry charlie...just trying to warn ya! hope you live..."
