It breeds but once a year. It nurses it's young but has no teats - it releases milk thru the pores in it's skin, which pool into little furrows it has in it's skin. It walks like a reptile, and finds it's prey by means of detecting the electric fields caused by contracting muscles! I mean - how weird is all that?? LOL
