high school stories: scandals, pranks, and controversies?

I want to turn in a story to mtv2's show "high school stories: scandal, pranks, and controversies" but I am not sure how to. I went to MTV and MTV2's websites and tried searching how to turn in a story to them but couldnt find anything. Does anyone know?
