My Funny Picture

People can't see my display picture on Msn Messenger.?

OKay so i went to my friends house with my laptop (mac), and we both went on msn and she couldnt see my display picture, although my settings allow other people to view it. I can see my display picture bt her and everyone other people can't. Why is thiss??? Her settings allow her to see other peoples display pictures.
