Need some funny pranks for white christmas musical. Nothing the audience will see, but something good?

I am the stage manager-ish of white christmas at a professional level stage, and my high school is running the production. We have taped condoms and army men on things, but it has gotten old, I need some new ideas. Pranks should be funny, risky, but definitely not harm the show or alert the audience. PLEASE HELP the show is THIS AFTERNOON!!!!!

1. I did a play called Skin of Our Teeth, and our stage manager started a sort of game with the cast: he got one of those decorative birds you can find in craft stores, the kind with wire at the feet to wrap around something, and dubbed it 'Waldo.' For every show (and in every act) he hid Waldo in a different location. Sometimes he would be sitting on a set piece, sometimes he would be integrated into someone's costume. I wore a rubber dinosaur head in the first act, and one night I had Waldo in my 'mouth.' The object of the game was for the cast to discover, every night, the location of this bird. Thus we played Where's Waldo.
