Who knows some harmless but funny pranks?

I need a set of five pranks. My brother and I are out to get some of our neighbors after they got us. I need simple pranks under twenty dollars , 5 minute set-up and funny pranks. No loud explosions, firecrackers or anything that connects someone to the ground like super sticky glue.

1. Get a bottle of cola. Empty out the cola and fill it about half way with vinegar (the brown kind, obviously). Sprinkle in a pinch of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) so that it fizzes a little. Give your neighbours the opportunity to steal it from you. When they do, and try some, it'll be 'EEUURGH!' time.
2. put somme ice down someones t-shirt i remember I did that to my dad on April fools day.Another time my friend thought the water in a vase of some fake flowers was real so I turned it upside down.They thought the water was going to come out but it didn't so they were surprised
3. Stick you and your bro's photo with the mailbox. Put one flower in the postbox. Display a panel 'IF YOU LOVE ME, I MAY LOVE YOU.' Display a panel 'NO SALE THIS HOUSE.' Display a panel' ALWAYS WELCOME TO DONATE US'
4. Get a packet of Oreo's and then take the white bit from the centre and replace it with white toothpaste and give it to someone lol
