3. Its real. He was on MSNBC a couple weeks ago. Dude lives down in Mexico if im not mistaken. He is on a crusade to loose all that weight.

6. it is real. The gentleman in the pic is a Mexican that was flown to Sweden to have the life saving surgery. At the time if the pic he weighted 1257 pounds and now weights about 600

9. unfortunately most likely that is an actual photo....I know years ago there was a gentleman on Jerry Spring who was remarkably approx the same size as the guy in the photo...Jerry was trying to help him....they showed firefighters cutting down a wall....moving the guy and his whole bed with a fork lift....putting him on the back of a flat bed semi trailer with paramedics etc right there with him in order to get him into a hospital so he was able to receive help that he so desperately needed
