Need Computer gift idea for dad?
My dad is 53, and he just got a new computer. Hes not super-skilled with the computer, but he spends most of his time on it. He would never figure out a gaming program. I dont know what to get him. Something for the computer, but he doesnt work on it, hes a postman. Ummm... He likes BMWS, Funny pictures, dogs, and music. Any Ideas? ** He doesnt like games either. he doesnt wear cologne or a watch, not that kinda guy. He does love hockey though.

- Honestly, I know plenty of older people who do get into gaming. Such games like Call of Duty 1, 2, and now even the 4th. Most claimed that the games are what started helping them learn computers a little more. Biggest thing with playing games such as these would be just knowing the keyboard. Another game I would suggest would be the Battlefield series, such as Battlefield 2 and Battlefield 2142. He may not care for 2142 though cause it is a little futuristic. Point of advice with him being new to computers. Just remember to let him know that the computer can be restored to factory settings using the factory restoration system or disc that came with the computer. Messing thre computer up and restoring it may be the best lesson he could get.
- Maybe an easy to use digital camera or a mouse pad with a family pic on it? Search gifts.com for more ideas.
