Msn Messenger Animated Display Pictures?

I heard a rumour from some friends that on the new Windows Live Messenger you can have custom animated GIF. display pictures Is this true? If it is.... How do you get them to work?

1. Yes. Do want to have your own animated picture? If U have a webcam, just set it up. In the part where U change the display picture record yourself and it will become as an animated picture. U can have the normal size (the square) or larger (rectangle) And there are some pages that U can create gif images with your own photos, but I don't recommend U that 'cause the size is really heavy to use as display pic.
