My Funny Picture

Is there a free website that will show you how to make a picture of a dog sing or dance that is easy to do?

We are doing a power point presentation on dogs, and to make it funny we were trying to make dogs that move or sing to music. I am not that smart with the computer so I need something that is simple to do and understand. Thanks

1. Okay, I know you said "sing and dancing" but I don't know any sites that will make your dog sing and dance. I do know a site where you can make a dog "talk" and say whatever you type in.
