What are some pranks to do on Halloween?

What are some pranks to do on Halloween besides egging peoples houses. I want to make a prank that won't harm anyone either and won't take too long to set up.

2. Get a pile of candy and put a walky talky inside. When kids come by scare them off with scary voices or so. If you're voice isn't scary use your computer/laptop or anything that can help put a scary voice through the other walky talky.
