Poodle lovers? Haters? Inbetween?

I think this is funny, but I was wondering if it would offend poodle owners/lovers. 1. I'm not for them or against them. My mom had three when she was little and loved them, so i guess they're good dogs.
2. We have a poodle puppy, since January. I can't quite figure him out. He is a total love, loves to cuddle, loves the other dogs, no fights. Everything about him is too cute. But I can't decide if I totally like him or not! I know that sounds awful, but I have never had one. I expect when he gets older that I will be able to tell more. He has been a bear to housetrain, yes, with crate training. But, he is getting better.
3. I like the standard ones just because im a big dog girl,not really keen on the toy ones though.
4. I hate ankle biters anyways. All they do is bark.
5. I love how poodles are so stereotyped as poofy little sissy girl french dogs. I have a standard poodle (a big one), and he is definatly not a sissy dog. He doesn't have the poofy perm thing. I bet no one one this whole site knows what those were for when the poofs were invented.They were basicaly floaties, because poodles were water dogs. And no, that doesn't offend me.
6. If not too inbred, poodles are intelligent and quick to learn, with lots of nervous energy. The dense coat was originally cos they were water dogs, retrieving game from rivers. It doesn't shed, and they can have a sensible haircut. If treated like normal dogs, they make great companions.
7. I have a mini poodle ...and she is very intelligent, I think the vet is right...she will stay a todler forever. Loves to clown around, play, run around, fetch ...and she is very loving. And very sexy ...she has my male Lhasa Apso overwhelmed with attentions ...kisses and drives him nuts. She is very loyal too. If you have children, this is the ideal dog to have. Don't get a Pekingese ...these dogs are very bossy, and have teeth like a pyranhas. And are unpredictable. With the Lhasa Apsos you need to watch out too, they love to snap back..and are very bossy too. And bark a lot.
8. well i love them i have a puppy and she soon learned not to go potty in the house and she even sleeps with the other dogs and cats. She is well loved in my family and is a best friend to my kitten scampy. they even go potty together in the litter box. she is soooooo cute i don't know what i would do without her.
