What website should I use to make a blog, where people can post funny pictures and posts?

I want to make a blog, or even a website if i can get it free, where others can post pictures, videos, and everything else. and do you have any tips on how to make it more popular?? I've already tried Wordpress and Wetpaint. they didn't work out for me.
