How can i make a scary prank on my friend on Halloween?

I am going trick r treating with her and I wanna scare her someway. Have any ideas?

1. Put her hand in warm water as she sleeps.
2. find out what she is really scared of first, like maybe spiders, put a fake spider in her candy bag, or if ghost, maybe do bloody marry in the bathroom with the lights off, and pretend you see something.
3. get some fireworks in her rom while she sleeps HHHA!
4. tell your friend to meet you in your room in 3 or 5 minutes, during that time hide under your bed (if you can) , when your friend comes in your room, and is near your bed grab your friend's foot or ankle if he/she is not looking. It works every time as long you time your grabbing.. TIP: use a glove that looks scary or something
